A new front-tracking Lagrangian model for the modeling of dynamic and post-dynamic recrystallization

چکیده

A new method for the simulation of evolving multi-domains problems has been introduced in previous works (RealIMotion), Florez et al. (2020) and further developed parallel context isotropic Grain Growth (GG) with no consideration effects Stored Energy (SE) due to dislocations. The methodology consists a front-tracking approach where one originality is that not only interfaces between grains are discretized but their bulks also meshed topological changes domains driven by selective local remeshing operations performed on Finite Element (FE) mesh. In this article, developments studies model will be presented, mainly development taking into account grain boundary migration (GBM) SE. Further nucleation allowing Dynamic Recrystallization (DRX) Post-Dynamic (PDRX) phenomena. accuracy performance numerical algorithms have proven very promising (2020). Here results multiple test cases given order validate GG computational evaluated DRX PDRX mechanisms compared classical framework using Level-Set (LS) formulation.
